Florian Wirtz has become the 10th footballer to be signed for a nine-figure fee.
The 22-year-old will be playing for Liverpool next season, after the Premier League champions agreed to pay Bayer Leverkusen an initial £100m.
The Reds could end up paying up to £116m when add-ons come into effect.
This move will also make Wirtz Liverpool's club record signing, the most expensive German football ever and the biggest sale by a Bundesliga club.
Liverpool already has the world's second most expensive goalkeeper (Alisson Becker) and centre-back (Virgil van Dijk).
The BBC used initial fees, excluding add-ons, where possible - including reported figures where they were officially undisclosed.
1. Neymar - £200m
2. Kylian Mbappe - £165.7m
3. Joao Felix - £113m
4. Enzo Fernandez - £107m
5. Antoine Griezmann - £107m
6. Philippe Coutinho - £105m
7. Declan Rice - £105m
8. Jack Grealish - £100m
9. Moises Caicedo - £100m
10. Florian Wirtz - £100m
